Ministry Model
“You don’t use people to build ministry, you use ministry to build people.”
Ministry is more than a religious institution; it’s about making disciples and using your gifts and abilities to advance the Kingdom of God.
Ephesians 4:12 reminds us that spiritual gifts are given to equip God’s people for works of service, building up the body of Messiah. This means every volunteer, leader, teacher, adult, teen, and child is responsible for using their spiritual gifts to equip and strengthen others in the Body of Christ.
We are all called to make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20). This is not optional. Our Master calls us to step up and use the gifts He has given us, through the power of His Holy Spirit, to reach others for His Kingdom.
