About

Mission

CMBible is a non-profit 501(c)(3) ministry committed to providing educational training and resources for churches and other ministries. Our mission is to equip leaders, volunteers, and disciples of Christ with the tools they need to disciple others effectively. As faithful followers of Jesus, we are passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God grow and mature. This requires strong, healthy disciples who can, in turn, produce strong and healthy disciples.

Unfortunately, many ministries lack the time or resources to properly train and equip their volunteers. This often leaves volunteers feeling unequipped, stressed out, under qualified, and unappreciated.  With proper training, your leaders and volunteers will not only be equipped, but have confidence, and know they are appreciated. They will look forward to serving and inspire others to join them. Most importantly, they will make disciples!

This is CMBible’s mission:

To partner with pastors and ministry leaders to help better equip their volunteers.  “…for the work of service that builds the body of the Messiah.” (Ephesians 4:12)

Training and Resources

At CMBible, the majority of our educational content is delivered through in-person workshops. These workshops are designed to provide high-quality, hands-on training for leaders and volunteers. While our primary focus remains on these in-person experiences, we are actively working on expanding our resources. We are in the process of developing written materials, including books and blogs, as well as video training that will be accessible through our website. This is a significant undertaking, but we are committed to making these resources available to help further equip your ministry.

Currently, the resources we offer, outside of our in-person workshops, can be found in our menu. We encourage you to browse through them and reach out if you have any questions or need additional information. We’re here to support you!

Expenses

Let’s face it—running a ministry costs money, and training volunteers can be expensive. That’s just the reality of life. At CMBible, our goal is to keep costs as low as possible.

Our ministry’s heart is to see the Kingdom of God mature and multiply. We never want finances to stand in the way of equipping leaders and volunteers. So, what does that all mean?

  • If funds are tight, don’t worry. We simply ask you to pay what you can. (1 Corinthians 9:12)
  • If you’re able to give above and beyond, we are deeply grateful. (Exodus 25:2)

If your ministry doesn’t have the resources to cover training costs, don’t let that stop you. Contribute what you’re able, and CMBible’s supporters will help cover the rest. For those who can give generously, your support allows us to provide training for others who might not otherwise be able to afford it.

Some Helpful Ideas to Keep Expenses Down

A great way to help keep expenses down is to spread cost over multiple budgets. For example…

  • Include other ministry departments such as ushers, youth, and admin.
  • Encourage neighboring churches and other ministries to join in the training and help share the cost.
  • Open training up to include your surrounding community as an outreach.

These are great ways to help share expenses. CMBible is even flexible with lodging and encourages old fashion hospitality.
